Twenty Minutes a Day
I quietly sit for twenty minutes a day,
Hoping my noggin will pause its continuous replay.
As I search for my soul,
Befriending my mind is the ultimate goal.

Meditation for Introverts
I’m the guy at the party that sits quietly off to the side, not quite in the mix of things but I maintain a close enough proximity to be considered part of the conversation. I listen and watch and on occasion I will interject a well thought out comment or two, but mostly I maintain a quiet observant disposition.

Meditation on Healing
That feeling that you have right now; that feeling in your body. That sensation that has been sitting below the surface for years quietly poking at you. It may be unidentifiable or you may know exactly what it is. Whatever it is, stop for a moment and pay attention to it.
