My philosophy

I believe that yogic practices and techniques can promote a conscious connection with the body and mind, encouraging the development of health and well-being.

I believe that yoga is so much more than physical movement and postures. It can be a way of life that can offer you peace of mind, a peaceful life, and an overall feeling of wellness.

I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone no matter their age or physical ability and that the potential of yoga is attainable to anyone and everyone.

Why I founded JayBird Yoga

I love yoga because it has brought to me a sense of who I am and what I am capable of. It’s my goal to bring you the benefits of yoga; to offer you a way to decrease stress by helping you turn inward and focus on your self. I want to help you get in touch with your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga.

My ultimate goal is to give you the time and space you need to hit the pause button on the daily grind, step away from external pressures, and focus inward.

Nurture yourself. Focus on yourself, your health, and wellness.
